The other day we made applesauce, it was fun being in the kitchen most of the day but I did get a little tired of seeing apples everywhere. We where all really happy with how many quarts we got, 166 in 12 hours and a hour of clean-up afterwards. We all had our own little job and we all got it done, and it was a lot of fun being a family that day. The only injuries we got were a cut on Annie's finger and a smashed knuckle on my hand. And the apple sauce is VERY GOOD!!!
